Kaizo Clothing is built to feel like a considered label online, not a warehouse clear-out. This page explains how we think about delivery, care and returns for when the store is fully open.

Delivery

Our aim is tracked, well-packed delivery with protection that keeps pieces in the condition they left in. Apparel should arrive ready to wear, folded and boxed with the same care that goes into the range itself.

Looking after your pieces

Heavyweight cotton and brushed fleece last longest when they are treated well: wash cool, turn graphics inside out, and dry flat or on low heat. Good care is what keeps a staple in rotation for years rather than seasons.

Returns

• Pieces unworn and in their original condition.
• Clear instructions, without unnecessary hoops.
• Straightforward handling for size swaps within the range.
